FRONT OFFICE STAFF

The tasks of a Front Office Administrators vary day to day, but the core responsibilities include helping find solutions to client needs and assuring the operations of the organization. The Front Office staff is responsible for the day to day workings of the Front Office, which serves as both the entry point for all students/clients and volunteers as well as the hub for gathering and housing student/client information and data. The Front Office exists to serve the needs of both students/clients and staff, and will strive to do so to the best of its ability. Responsibilities include being a direct liaison between clients and approved community entities, such as employers, health care providers, schools, financial institutions and government agencies.

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR: MARTHA HALLER

Martha was born in the beautiful state of Nebraska, though she has lived in Colorado for almost all of her life, her roots as a Nebraskan are still strong. She graduated in 2021 with her B.A in Communication and minors in Psychology and Leadership Studies from the University of Northern Colorado. After graduating she continued working as a Banker at a local credit union. In the fall of 2021 she was able to fulfill one of her dreams of being a student at the L’Abri Fellowship in Switzerland. In her time abroad she experienced the beauty of the Swiss Alps, delightful community, and delicious fondue. Martha is thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the IRCNoCo community. She desires to experience the world as an opportunity to serve, grow, and learn from others around her. Martha often spends her time outside the classroom either surrounded by the company of her 10 nieces and nephews, hiking up a mountain, reading, or watching animal documentaries and regency era films.

ONLINE ENROLLMENTS COORDINATOR: LEONA BROWN

Leona was born in Lincoln, Nebraska but has lived in Colorado with her family for the past seven years. She graduated in 2021 with her B.A. in English with a Minor in Writing at the University of Northern Colorado. After graduating and then deciding that she wanted to teach English as a foreign language, she went on to receive her TEFL certificate online from the International TEFL Academy. She completed some of her practicum required for her certificate by volunteering in a classroom at IRCNOCO, where she was introduced to the adult learning environment and immediately fell in love with and was inspired by the sense of unity and the strong desire to learn shown within the classrooms. She currently teaches an evening Intermediate English class and is super excited to learn and grow as a teacher at IRCNOCO! When she’s not pursuing her childhood dream career of teaching, she enjoys spending time with her family, treasure hunting in antique stores, and picking up new hobbies.

Mia was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming but has lived in Northern Colorado since 2010. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2020 with a B.A. in Psychology. After graduating in the middle of a global pandemic, Mia spent time as a Nanny and then as a Behavioral Health Worker for crisis services. She moved to Greeley officially in 2021, and lives with her wife and stepson. Mia is a multi-talented professional, and began taking courses in Data Analytics in 2022 before becoming the Data Assistant at IRCNoCo. She will be beginning a Master’s in Computer Information Systems in Fall 2023. When she is not working or teaching her child to be a good human, she enjoys reading, Pilates, and teaching herself new crafts.
