Education
The Immigrant and Refugee Center provides educational services to adults at a reduced cost. Specializing in English as a Second Language (ESL), Adult Basic Education (ABE), High School Equivalency (HSE), and Citizenship, IRCNOCO is able to accommodate immigrant and refugee adults who need help in any of these areas. We believe that the key to gainful employment, meaningful civic participation, and personal empowerment comes through literacy and education. To this end, we welcome anyone and everyone who could benefit from additional education in these areas.
